By using Woking Cars taxi services, website, or mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "Passenger," "You") and Woking Cars ("Company," "we," "our," "us").

3. Booking and Cancellation
Making a Booking

Advance Booking
We recommend booking in advance for airport transfers and peak times. Pre-booked rides are prioritized.
Cancellation Policy

Waiting Time Policy
Drivers will wait for up to 10 minutes from the scheduled pickup time. After this, the booking may be treated as a no-show. For airport pickups, we offer 30 minutes free waiting time.

5. Passenger Responsibilities
You Agree To:
- Provide accurate pickup location
- Be ready at agreed pickup time
- Treat drivers with respect
- Follow all applicable laws
- Ensure children are properly secured
Prohibited Conduct:
- Smoking or vaping
- Eating without permission
- Vandalism or damage
- Harassment of driver
- Illegal activities

Items are held for 30 days. A retrieval and delivery fee may apply. We are not responsible for items left in vehicles.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Woking Cars shall not be liable for:
- ✗ Delays caused by traffic or weather
- ✗ Indirect or consequential losses
- ✗ Loss of personal belongings
Your Liability
You are liable for any damage caused to our vehicles during your journey. This includes cleaning fees for spills or excessive mess.
8. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, severe weather, strikes, road closures, pandemics, or government restrictions.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on our website with the effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
